At Swim Monkey Swim School Singapore our Open Water Swimming Lessons focus on building endurance, practicing sighting techniques, drafting, stroke rates, pacing and getting comfortable with swimming in unpredictable conditions.
Have been watching Triathlons or Open Water Swim Competition? Feel like being one of the Elite Open water Swimmers? Wait no more, We start from the regular Swimming pool to gear you up with all the drills on handling the lonely ocean to a heavenly ocean. Is this just for Adult swimming? Definitely not, our Open Water kids' swimmers are as young as 6-8 years old. Taking part in Swimming competitions and Triathlon events. Feel and swim confidently back and forth, island hopping to get your interval rest. Take a shelfie and tell the whole world about those crazy activities you are doing.
To train for Open Water swimming, it's important to incorporate both pool and Open Water sessions into your routine. Focus on building endurance, practicing sighting techniques, and getting comfortable with swimming in unpredictable conditions.
